So what is a Stag Party?

It’s a party is normally held for a bachelor shortly before his wedding day,  and generally referred to as a Stag Party or Stag Night allowing him one final chance to do some things that his new wife may disapprove of, or perhaps just to spend some time with his male friends, many of whom are in his wedding party.

A Stag Party is type of party is distinctly different from any other. A bachelor party may include activities that are not normally engaged in during normal parties and social gatherings. Drinking and gambling are often engaged in at a stag party, as are things like visiting strip clubs, hiring a stripper, and various pranks or practical jokes at the future groom’s expense. This is actually a rite of passage from bachelorhood (often associated with an adolescent lifestyle, which is common to most participants, e.g. during their school years) to being a responsible spouse.
